About Ignite Pilates
Ignite Pilates was created to support women who want to feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies as they move through midlife and beyond.
Many women reach a stage where what used to work no longer feels quite right. Stiffness appears where there once was ease, aches linger longer than they used to, and high-intensity fitness environments can feel intimidating or unsuitable.
Ignite Pilates offers a different approach.
Sessions focus on thoughtful, intelligent movement that builds strength, flexibility and balance for everyday life. The goal is not simply exercise but helping women move more comfortably and confidently in the activities that matter to them — whether that’s walking, travelling, gardening, swimming or keeping up with grandchildren.
Through personalised online sessions and occasional in-studio work, Ignite Pilates provides a calm and supportive environment where progress happens gradually and sustainably.
At its heart, Ignite Pilates is about helping women reconnect with their strength and rediscover what their bodies can do.
