These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Ignite Pilates Global ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking or participating in our services you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our services include:

Live online Pilates sessions

Private Pilates sessions

Small group sessions
-
Pilates consultations

Occasional in-studio sessions in Brisbane, Queensland
1. Participation and Health
Pilates is a physical activity that involves movement, strength and flexibility exercises.
By participating in our services, you confirm that:

you are physically able to participate in Pilates exercise

you will inform us of any injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations

you will follow all safety instructions provided during sessions
Our services are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have concerns about your health you should consult a qualified medical professional before participating.
2. Online Session Participation
When participating in online sessions you are responsible for ensuring that

you have a safe space to exercise
-
your area is clear of hazards
-
you have appropriate flooring or a mat
-
your internet connection and device are suitable for participating
Ignite Pilates Global is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring due to an unsafe home environment.
3. Bookings and Payments
Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or booking system.
Payments may be made via:
-
online payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal
Access to services is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Session Packages
Some services may be offered as packages or introductory offers.
Packages must be used within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.
Unused sessions after the expiry period may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session:

at least 24 hours’ notice is required
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
This policy applies to both online and in-studio sessions.
6. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a session the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.
7. Client Conduct
We aim to create a supportive and respectful environment for all clients.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe or disrespectful.
8. Equipment (In-Studio Sessions)
When attending in-studio sessions clients agree to use equipment safely and follow any instructions provided.
Clients may be responsible for damage caused by misuse of equipment.
9. Recording of Online Sessions
Online sessions may occasionally be recorded for quality assurance or training purposes.
Recordings will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes without your express consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Participation in Pilates involves inherent physical risks.
By participating you acknowledge and accept these risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignite Pilates Global will not be liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in our services except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes to Services
We may update or modify services, pricing or scheduling from time to time.
Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
