Sessions are available 1:1 or small groups "live" online via Zoom in the comfort of your own home.

Meet Jacqui
I’m Jacqui — a Pilates instructor with clinical training who specialises in helping women move with ease, balance and confidence in everyday life.
At 69, and with lived experience of 2 hip replacements, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, I understand cautious bodies and the importance of movement that feels appropriate, effective and sustainable.
My approach is calm, thoughtful and focused on building strength and flexibility that supports how you want to live.
